Our Purpose
At Masa Padre we’re inspired by the small, simple things of every day life.
We don’t only eat with our mouths, but with sight, scent and sound as well. In this respect we consider ourselves artists before bakers, bringing out the beautiful in the basics, and reflecting the charms of rustic imperfection we find all around us at our bakery in Corrales, NM.
From the crackle of the perfectly crisped crust, to the golden brown glow of artisanal sourdough, and the aroma of stonefired loaves fresh from the oven; we strive to bring the generation’s old experience of breaking bread back to a world hungry for human connection and connection to humanity.
